「The hotel amenities,food and staff where amazing!. The only bad thing was that the rooms need update and maintenance. AC and ligthing did not work properly and it had an awful sewer smell at nigth. The good treatment and fun was bigger and better to ruin my trip. Definitely Iberostart Selection good hotel to stay」

「El hotel no está mal pero sabemos que puede estar mejor, el restaurant asiático que es por reservación tiene un pequeño buffet que no está mal pero el plato principal no fue muy exitoso y éramos un grupo de 20 personas. El restaurar francés un poco caluroso pero muy buena la comida y el mexicano lo encontramos muy bueno y la atención excelente Gracias」

「Staff was amazing and the food surprises us, the room was good. It will be better if the toilet was separate. But in general we had an amazing and relaxing vacations. We stay at the coral level and upgraded to a front beach room. They also add a sargassum barrier and it really help us enjoy the beach.」
