“I don’t usually write reviews, but this stay was so wonderful I just had to share it.
Every staff member was friendly, polite, and always smiling. Their warmth made such a difference and really made us feel welcome.
The food was amazing — we tried teppanyaki, French dishes, and everything tasted great. The restaurants were beautiful, and the cocktails at the pool bar were unforgettable. I’m not even a big drinker, but every drink was delicious!
Our room was cleaned twice a day, and the staff……

“The first time with the Tafer brand, we found the Garza Blanca Cancun property beautiful and yes, very clean. The service was impeccable...service at all bars and restaurants, beach, and poolside. Food very good and service took time to offer recommendations.”

“We had a great stay! Every staff member we met was friendly. Entertainment and shows were great. We felt the buffet had the best options for food, the restaurants were not the quality what we have had from other all inclusive we have stayed at. The resort is very clean and drinks were good! For the price we got a deal!”
