“The hotel was beautiful and the staff was friendly. There is a bar and restaurant on site and an outdoor deck/patio. The bed was comfortable, and the room was very clean. Water bottles and snacks were in our room, which was a nice surprise. It is in a great location and the close parking garage was a perk! We had some small issues with our door lock, the ceiling fan, and soap dispenser being empty. Overall, we had a nice stay.”

“We stayed her to attend Refs/Braves game. They had valet parking which was nice, being downtown. The Staff was the most friendly staff ever, rooms were very clean and nice, gym had the necessities, breakfast was great that was included and so many places to eat and shop on same street! Definitely recommend!”

“The receptionist with long hair doesn't smile,when the door opens. TV still on we thought someone in the room,There is a garbage under the table in the room, and there are two red dirty things on the carpet too ,a long hair on the blanket ，I originally wanted to change rooms, but the front desk said there was no one to work or tidy up during the holidays when we checked in ，Not a very good experience”

“Beautiful home. Charles, the grounds keeper, was excellent. My only suggestion is to put some kind of handle bar on the wall in the shower, to hang onto when necessary. Other than that, I highly recommend this place”

“We had a wonderful stay here. The property was beautiful and the suite we had was absolutely gorgeous. Breakfast was delicious and so well prepared. Definitely staying here again. ”

“Bugs on the beds. No towels in the room and when we did get them, they were pretty dingy. One bed with no pillows at all. It said free breakfast, but there was no breakfast except for coffee. I would not stay at this place ever again.”

“The room was not clean upon arrival. Used towels were left on the bathroom floor, the TV was still on, and the bed sheets appeared not to have been changed after the previous guest checked out. It seemed that the room had not been properly cleaned at all. The hallways had an overwhelming amount of air freshener or spray, which made it difficult to breathe. We checked almost five different rooms, but they all had similar issues. The strong smell in both the rooms and hallways made our children……

“The property was clean but the breakfast was less than average. The selection was minimal and the hot items were not very good. Someone also had dogs with them and they cried for over an hour one day and sounded like they were running into the walls.”

“The property is dilapidated, smells like wet dog and the staff was never at the desk and didn’t answer the phone. Our room was filthy, half used shampoo, no soap and one roll of toilet paper. Had to find one of the room service people for toilet paper and he was busy watching tv in the room he was “cleaning”. My husband half jokingly called this the Discomfort Inn. Never again!”

“Positives: The property is in a good location to walk to Great American Ballpark (it takes about 10 minutes). I liked the valet service. Made it very easy to pull in and unload. The hotel is very nice upon first walking in. Negatives: Upon first walking in the room, it was about 85 degrees on an already super hot day. It took awhile to get the air down to around 72. I noticed immediately that the sheets on the king bed were inside out. That’s very odd for a nice hotel. The room was clean,……

“We stayed for two nights from September 23 to September 25. It was raining and very cold during those days. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that there was no hot water in the bathroom. We reported the issue on the first day, but no one responded, so we had to take cold showers. As a result, both of us caught a bad cold and completely lost our voices. On the second day, we tried turning the water to the hottest setting and letting it run for 10 minutes, but only got some lukewarm water. In……
