「The property seemed a bit disorganized. The manager messaged me via Expedia offering to pick us up at the train station, but no one showed up or followed up. It wasn’t a big problem since the hotel was nearby, so we walked there. Our reserved room wasn’t available at check-in, but management moved us to the correct room the next day as promised. 「This place have a great location, but keep in mind that there is no AC in any of the rooms, and it will get hot and humid at night. You will need to keep the windows closed for the mosquitos. Great and friendly stuff and they have a nice breakfast area.」

「The hotel is located right besides the train station. Mini market, cafe, restaurant are just next to the hotel. The staffs are very friendly and can cook the breakfast according to our preference. The property is newly renovated. rooms are very clean. It is just a small hostel providing bed and breakfast. So don't expect any add on facilities.」

「很好」

「Omar was an exceptionally attentive and responsible member of the hotel staff. He arranged a quiet room for me so I could get a good night’s sleep before my hike. He also gave me helpful advice on joining the bus queue and assisted me with an urgent medical need. The hotel’s location was also very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for its excellent service and thoughtful staff.」

「Limpieza, ubicación」

「Delicious food, excellent service, highly recommended!!」

「房門需要重新裝潢，因為關不緊，不然就是關緊聲音會很大。」

「There isn't a lift. Would have been good if it was mentioned before cause we had two 23kg suitcases which we had to carry up to the 5th floor. Also had I known there isn't a lift prior I would have mentioned it to the hotel that we re travelling with heavy suitcases and requested for a lower floor」

「Wonderful place close to the bus」

「We stayed with our family. Its a really nice location. We left our bags here while we went to Machu Picchu. Adter it was a 5 minute walk to get our bags and then another 5 minutes to go to the train station.」
