「4樓餐廳員工非常友善，且服務專業、盡職。我跟餐廳預約晚上9點到，但因為飛機晚點，我跟客人晚上人9點半到，用餐到接近晚上11點，即使已經超過他們晚上10點結束營業的時間，他們仍耐心的在服務我們，非常感動。」

Staff lack proper training in service, hygiene, and English proficiency, and the maintenance of hotel facilities is poor. Overall, the hygiene standards of the rooms and restaurant do not reach five-star levels, and the quality does not match the price. 「all the staff are very warm and nice. They care about their service a lot and always try to know if everything ok during the trip. The room is clean as they come to clean up very frequently not only once a day. The food is also yummy and I have nice and special meal during my stay.」

The transfer process was easy to arrange but be aware that a member of staff will contact you via WhatsApp so you’ll need internet access a day or two beforehand.
