“This was a great place to use as our home base for a family wedding. (We were all adults.) It is close to the beach and in a quiet neighborhood. The home was clean and the amenities were appreciated. Todd and Bobbi were excellent hosts who reached out frequently to make sure we had everything we needed. As a heads up, it is a little bit of a walk to the T, but that distance was noted in the description and is totally manageable. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area!”

“The property especially the outside area could use some TLC. the trash location in the parking lot was constantly over flowing with soooo many trash bags piled up and falling apart with loose trash all over the ground. Also, the perimeter of the property had cigarette butts and trash all in the mulch. I didn’t like how they let heroin junkies live there with his dog. Always outside smoking cigarettes. Just a bad look. Unfortunately we won’t be staying there again. ”

“My partner and I enjoyed our stay at Maverick Suites on Newbury. The room was clean, easy to access, and felt safe. It also has a full kitchen with an oven, stove, microwave, and all other needs if you want to prepare your own meals at any point. We were on the first floor, so we heard a lot of noise from the street. For us, it wasn’t disruptive, and we were provided with earplugs just in case.
