「The hotel is very well located. It's walking distance to the bus station and main street, at the same time is far from the noise and crowds. The rooms have everything needed, clean and spacious. The pool on the roof is something very special.」

「The condo unit was great. We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit and it was fabulous to have so much space as a family and 2 bathrooms, which was gret with our teenage daughter! The location was perfect - a very short walk to Quinta Avenida, the main shopping, restaurant and nightlife street and yet it was perfectly quiet at night once we closed the balcony doors. It felt very safe and secure and the cleaning service was excellent. There were, however, a few things though that wasn't quite what we were...

「I traveled with one other family member and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We booked a private driver with our hotel and it was a smooth and quick ride from the Cancun Airport. Upon arrival, we met with Laura at the front desk. She is so lovely and helpful. She speaks great English and we had no confusion. The staff was very friendly also. 「One of my favorite hotels in Playa del Carmen. Spacious rooms, great staff, walkable to everything yet not super loud (Coco Bongo is right there but it’s manageable IMO). Also a very nice rooftop pool!」
