“This hotel is not clean. I lived there for two nights. I asked the front desk for house keeping; I also hanged up the sign of refurbish before 10am, for more than 24 hours, according to their instructions. No one came to clean my room. There is hair in food in their restaurant. And also dark marks on bedding linens; I feel itchy sleeping here. Too expensive for such experience. I don’t recommend it.”

“Carpets were not clean. Rooms did not receive cleaning services. We only received some clean towels. There were dirty towels left in the bathroom not picked up and left either for the next day or when we checked out. Through the evening and night we heard loud noises ranging from our hallway or the people from the level above causing poor sleep. The price and the service did not match up. Drinking water was hard to access as it was in the pool area and it was closed in the morning so we had to……
