"The other reviews definitely threw me off from coming here, but I’m very glad I gave it a shot. “Old carpets, etc” has nothing to do with the stay in my opinion. Starting with check in, John is truly incredible, explained everything to us & how to check out. Upon getting to the room, everything was cleaned & smelled great. ( I always go behind and wipe down every surface anyway just because you can’t expect the ladies to get every single surface how you like it! ) so it was great for me. Beds were clean, free of anything, and there was a microwave and mini fridge in my unit. Couldn’t complain about anything. Needed extra towels and they were given to us immediately. If you need a quick place to stay at a decent price this place is great. Didn’t use the breakfast option but overall this was a pretty solid hotel. Parking was open. Free WiFi as well. Would return! "Helpful and pleasant staff at the front desk and servicing the breakfast bar. The thin woman with red hair who maintained the dining area was amazing - in constant motion replenishing the food, wiping tables and offering friendly greetings to the visitors. She would be a bargain at twice the price."
"Upon arriving I was greeted by the absolutely sweetest woman, check in was easy and fast. We got our room keys and headed up. They provided me with a pack and play for my 1 year old upon request. They have a small “store” in the front lobby for snacks or whatever travel things you may have forgotten, some candy and frozen meals. The room was incredibly clean, it even smelled amazing. Our bed was very comfortable. Not too hard, not too soft. Just right for my husband and I. The room had a desk and a pullout couch, plenty of lighting and a big window overlooking the mountains. We could even see fireworks from PNC field that my son loved watching out the window. My only and I do mean ONLY qualm about the room was that at night when the lights were off you could see the light shining in from the hallway through the crack in the door. I prefer a completely dark room so sleep so it may not bother you! The pool was perfect temperature, not too cold. The room was nice and warm so you didn’t freeze when you got out. I don’t think the hot tub was filled all the way though…I sat in it and only a few jets were on. There was only about 2 feet or so of water in the 3 foot deep hot tub. We checked out the game room, they have plenty of games from claw machines to pool, air hockey and arcade games. The breakfast was good too, we only managed to get up early enough in d but it was good. Overall our stay was great! We would absolutely stay there again. "
