The property is nice and in the heart of West Hollywood. It was nice and quiet. The water pressure in the shower was a little low but all in all I had an excellent stay.

On Friday night, we called the help desk 3 times requesting new towels for our room which never got delivered. We actually started joking about the situation after a few drinks but would have appreciated if the request was fulfilled. Good thing the room has a washer and dryer for us to use!!

"Overall a decent resort for the family. For the price we paid for a one bedroom villa we did expect the villa to be cleaner. There was dog hair all over the floors , carpet and couches. That was pretty disgusting. They are a dog friendly resort but they should let their guests know if there is rooms ..."
