The friendly staff were very kind and welcoming. Amazing hosts. The room was clean, spacious, and complete with all amenities. Amazing breakfast as well. Would highly recommend. And will come back if rooms available for my next trip to Ragusa.

Great modern place, well run with a great breakfast. Slight problem with hot water when we were there which couldn't be resolved before we departed, hence 4 not 5 stars but sure that is temporary.

Gem of a hotel in Ragusa

Fantastic hotel. Stefano was THE BEST. So kind and hospitable. The rooms had incredible view. The breakfast was delicious. The rooms are so thoughtfully appointed by someone with amazing attention to detail. 10/10. Would come back!

Gem in beautiful location.

Lovely well appointed room with interesting art pieces. The staff is amazing. Views are amazing. Little hard to find, but parking was just around the corner. Ask for directions ahead of time..there are few tricks to getting there. Great place to stay!

Everything was perfect. The room was expertly appointed. We were pampered. It was a little tricky to find if you’re new to Ragusa but Francesca saved the day. I very highly recommend this property.

This was a delightful surprise in Ragusa Ibla! Beautiful room, with artwork and very modern furniture, great amenities. Private balcony with view of the other side of Ragusa, where we were served a lovely breakfast. A good size wine cellar from which the guests can select a wine and just let the hotel know what they consumed, for a nice drink on the balcony before dinner. Coffee and tea available in the bar at all times by self service. Marzio, our host, was very welcoming, and gave us detailed explanations on how to reach the hotel (Ragusa Ibla is a maze of alleys and stairs). He also shared the history of the building. We were sorry we couldn’t stay longer. Only note of caution: arriving by car is complicated - we chose to leave ours at a larger parking lot and climb the alleys and stairs with our luggage. Not a problem for us, but it’s not for everyone.

Everything was excellent, except for one detail: Google Maps does not recognize the street, which made our lives difficult. When we arrived, we contacted the guy in charge (sorry we forgot your name), and he helped us graciously to come to the house, but when we went out for dinner, it took us one hour to find the house (after we again had to ask for help). Please, give clear instructions by WhatsApp on how to get to the house! Besides that, the place is amazing and beautiful, every detail was taken into account. And the communication with the person in charge was excellent.

Book if you like being waken up by chicken rooster

Awesome apartment, thought of every detail. The jacuzzi however was really dirty, filled with sand, we also found small pieces of plastic and hair in it. Apparently since we first discovered this after the cleaning lady went home, they could not offer any help. The hotel was not responsive to my message after checkout, which unfortunately meant that we left the hotel with a rather bad impression, as I probably expected more, given the rate charged. What they also failed to mention was there is a chicken coop right outside your bedroom, which meant that we woke up everyday at 5.am, which was super annoying, as I wouldn’t expect this when living inside city center.
