“It was a great place to stay”

“The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was good as well, my only problem was the guests above me that apparently were training for the Olympics in Gymnastics, every time we would drift off they would launch into a floor routine, they did stop around 4 AM. This was not the fault of the facility, but my only complaint.”

“Everything was nice. Only the walls are so thin. You can hear everything. ”

“Very nice, safe place. It would be nice if the pool was even slightly warm. It's definitely hot in the pool room. But not the water. ”

“The HVAC unit was not working. Bed spring or frame was creaky. I would still stay here again ”

“I wish I would’ve taken pictures. The staff at the front desk was exemplary. I have stayed at other hotels in Monroe and she would be a great asset to their team, but this hotel is very old. I picked it because I was on a strict budget, but I regret it. Nothing has been updated. we stayed in room 103 and I learned a valuable lesson about the value of my money. ”

“The room was clean, albeit dated. The beds were comfortable, the pillows were less than adequate. Temperature of the shower could have been hotter. Staff were friendly and accomodating. ”

“Dirty bedding on pull out sofa, tshirt from previous guests found under the couch, no shampoo in the room but two bottles of conditioner, breakfast was disappointing, there was no meat eggs were dry and rubbery, not enough staff, host was doing clean up in the breakfast area and patrons were waiting to check out. Broken tiles in pool area. Expected better from a Hampton Inn. ”

“Bed was wonderfully comfortable. This hotel is used by truckers so the surrounding area looks industrial, so very unattractive. Staff was very kind and helpful.”
