Read the fine print and read the reviews. If you get there and it doesn't feel ok, you will not get a refund. My mistake was not reading the reviews and fine print.

Buyer beware...
Not in condition promised. Very unsafe location. I did not feel this was a safe place to stay and called to request a refund, but was denied. Facility is very run down. Tennis court had trash and not even a net on it. First time in my entire career traveling for work around the nation where my gut told me no. I just ate the expense and went elsewhere for the night.

BEWARE, EXTREME UNETHICAL MANAGEMENT
I placed a reservation day of, and cancelled when I arrived as the property was not as advertised. When I tried to receive a refund, I was informed their policy was 30 days notice so nothing of the 3 nights charged could be refunded. Whereas that is extremely poor and greed motivated policy, the real kicker is that they put the room back onto the market for which I had paid in full. Not being a lawyer, I'm not sure if double booking is legal but being a common sense person I know it is highly unethical. Doing that makes me wonder what other extremely poor decisions this management team will make for other potential guests.
