"Staff is pleasant and rooms as pictured, shuttle is easy....But BEWARE! We utilized Sonesta's paid parking program while we traveled. This location has NO CAMERAS, our vehicle was vandalized, broken into and personal items stolen. Also insufficient lighting and no security personnel. Even though the hotel takes all your information, they never even let us know what happened when we checked in. Police were called at some point, incident report created and window was taped up. No hotel apologies. Stay/Park/Fly is a great program, just choose another hotel!"

"Room and staff were great. Although it was very loud always doors slamming and stomping around. and the hall always smelled of feces and marijuana. "

"Parking is complicated. Getting to the Lobby is an adventure. Once there, the staff was very friendly, the room was spotless and the bed was so comfy. The lighting in the room is insufficient for reading. H"

"Check in was horrible. I put down who was checking in and added a cc for late checkout. However, when my guest arrived hours before me to check in, they wanted ANOTHER card for the late checkout fee and wouldn’t allow me to confirm my cc details by phone. So my guest wasn’t able to enter the room until I arrived after 1am. The lady who checked us in at that time was great. The room was clean enough. The next morning, we were awakened by housekeeping bright and early after only a couple hours sleep and they didn’t understand the words No thank you through the door as they didn’t speak English I guess so I had to let the light flood in and tell them no face to face. That was annoying. Other than that, things were fine. Restaurants galore nearby and surprisingly quiet to be near the airport and hospital"
