Horrible stay, stairs were dirty, look like bug eggs in the couch, couch had stains and a burn hole. Went downstairs to notify the Front Desk person and she just asked me how long was my stay I told her my pillow upstairs was dirty along with other things and she informed me that the they didn’t have any extra pillows in the building so my room was really really dirty and you can tell that it wasn’t washed properly. I was so disappointed, especially with it being $200 a night was not worth it

The room layout was great. The lobby was great. The staff was great. However, the other guests are constantly smoking cigarettes and weed to the point that the entire hotel is caked in the smell, including the room. I felt nasty even after showering because of the thick stench. The smell is on the towels and sheets too. I went to the balcony and saw a woman across the property on another balcony, not wearing a shirt and smoking weed. The property itself is well kept and pretty, so seeing that was a jarring juxtaposition. For the amount I paid for this room, I was incredibly disappointed. Room service knocks on all doors screaming room service, there are no do not disturb signs to hang from the door. The walls are thin and you can hear every single thing. This was a place to rest my head, but I didn't feel safe the entire time.

The room itself was very clean, modern and comfortable. The issue unfortunately was unruly guests right next door to my room. At 1:30AM I was awoken by a wild after prom party and the hotel had to call the police. They were there for over 45 mins clearing out the room, calling parents etc. I was not able to fall back asleep for a while. Night 2 same unruly guests on their balcony being highly inconsiderate at 1:00AM waking me up yet again. However the room was great itself. Just had some really bad luck with my inconsiderate neighbors for the two nights I stayed there. Internal control and the lack of the hotel not accommodating me with a legit credit left a lot to be desired in terms of service

It was a very nice property but the only thing was the room we were in had animal hair on the rug and in the washer and it was getting on our clothes and shoes also the shelf in the living room was completely dusty so that let me know the housekeepers don’t do a accurate job.

Arrived and the lobby room smelled of cigarette smoke. In the room it was fairly clean. I cleaned the table, the refrigerator and the washing machine and dryer. When I went to use the washing there was hair all in it. Cleaned the washing machine and after I washed their sheets it was still full of someone’s hair. Checked the dryer before putting the sheets in there and that too was full of hair and someone’s sock. After drying the sheets my husband and I had to manually remove someone’s nasty hair from the sheets and comforter. We went to the other building to check out the gym and the smell of that building was totally different and smelled free of smoke. The design and convenience of the room was nice. Hardwood floors instead of carpet is appreciated. When we needed extra detergent all we had to do was ask. The building and common area was always clean. Coffee and tea in the common area 24/7. For someone who works out consistently the gym wasn’t impressive for us so we had to go to LA Fitness. It’s located in a safe area and you can walk to Walmart in less than five minutes.

Suite spacious for one. Kitchen well equipped but not so thoughtfully stocked. Thermostat hidden behind TV, a truly bizarre location. Love the washer/dryer. This is a very good choice if you are on the road awhile. One block from a Walmart so food shopping is a breeze. You should expect you will spend time on I40 to get anywhere.

Shower head about stopped up - sad trickle - had to wash hair and face in sink. Fire alarm went off at 1 am due to someone burning food on their stove. FD had to reset. Never again.
