Farm cottage for football/graduation weekends.
- This studio apartment makes a cozy cottage on a hobby farm property. The main room includes a made-up double Murphy bed which can be screened from the rest of the cottage, plus a futon which can be opened up to sleep two more. A full kitchen and bathroom are just up three steps.
HDTV and WiFi are included on site.
Parking is for up to three vehicles.
Just seven miles from campus and downtown State College, the cottage offers a quiet setting in which to kick back and relax before and after Penn State football games, graduations, and other events.
