“Very good hotel.Super pool although hand rails would help. Sunbeds with towels available, static shades could be improved. Good breakfast. V.good Sri Lankan buffet lunch at reasonable price but get there before the coach parties arrive! Evening meals have moved from the pleasant open area to an all armchair restaurant which we didn't find very comfortable for eating. Our room was good but the extra bed did limit the space available. Very pleasant terrace to the room. We enjoyed bird watching……

OK breakfast. because you are here to see elephants, the views are amazing. the best hotel for that. the room and the bathroom was also practical and we were able to rest here while visiting places. Food ofcoruse is mainly local and some western. But thats because its a main attraction for local and Asian visitors. we loved our stay.”

“This property does not take reservations through Expedia. I was charged by Expedia but there was no reservation. I had to pay out of pocket and will now dispute the charges with my bank when I return to Canada.”
