“The hotel was great and had a relaxing atmosphere. Good food and the staff were helpful and friendly. The spa was nice but in the smaller side so I would try and go during quieter periods. The room was a good size and very clean. At breakfast there was a good amount to choose from if you don’t have any specific dietary requirements.”

“(Lake view room) Excellent hotel in a beautiful area. The rooms have everything you could need, they are clean and are very well maintained. Friendly staff in the hotel and in the surrounding restaurants. Highly recommend the Gateway Cafe for brunch.”

“Great service and friendly staff, but food prices don't match the portion sizes
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, largely thanks to the excellent service. The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly throughout my visit, with a special shout-out to the team managing reception and the two members of staff manning the bar, who were fantastic.
My only real complaint lies with the food. As a business traveller, I am used to paying a premium for hotel dining, but I usually expect that……
