「El lobby y áreas comunes del hotel estaban sucias y descuidadas. El aire acondicionado del cuarto muy ruidoso. Guardaron nuestras maletas antes del check in en un cuarto lleno de escombros y polvo.」

「We stayed in Room 408 for three nights. The bed linens were nice, and the room was cozy, as expected. However, the bathroom was so small it was difficult to turn around in, and the water pressure was poor. It was also hard to adjust the water temperature.
For a hotel describing itself as “luxury,” we were also surprised there was no minibar, coffee machine, or refrigerator. At around $700 per night, we expected these basic amenities to be included.
We’ll look for other options next time for...

「The service is very good! It's clean and newly decorated. I will come back again next time! The hotel also provides luggage storage, which only costs 1 US dollar per piece, which is very good!」
