“We ordered room service they told us to leave the tray on the floor outside not only did we not get our room cleaned in the morning no one picked up the tray until we called also we had a cleaning person knock on door asked if we needed anything I said well yes no one came to our room she told me yeah sorry we couldn’t get to your room all tell the night crew to clean your room during turn down service. We returned to our room at 10 pm nothing was done… cleaning crew has definitely gone down I……

“Everything was amazing. Except the one thing that matters at a hotel. The bed. I checked into the hotel and laid down on the bed. Pretty sure I didn’t lay on the bed… I just leaned against the floor with blankets. --- This hotel bed is so hard, I think it’s actually part of the building’s load-bearing structure. --- I tried fluffing the pillow. Turns out it was just a second mattress. --- I rolled over in my sleep and got a concussion from the mattress. --- The hotel bed is so firm……
