「I was skeptical when I saw the very high ratings, because it is also the cheapest in the area. We crashed in our drive across Texas, and this place was perfect. Clean sheets, good functioning air conditioner, secure room, very clean minimalist restroom. Someone highly conscientious is running the place, as seen by the caulking, clean corners, and close attention to the small details of maintenance.
