「Great parking. Breakfast was marginal. Staff was very accommodating.」

「Proper stay for a night or two. Very friendly welcome at the bar. Room was recently renovated with a good mattress and clean bathroom. Improvement points: Hallway to the rooms smells to smoking. Service at breakfast could be improved, the lady seemed in a bad mood.」

「Hébergement type vintage. Bon accueil, chambre grande, matelas un peu mou, électricité coupée dans les chambres la nuit. Excellent souper au restaurant de l’hôtel, même chose pour le petit déjeuner. Emplacement idéal pour prendre le ferry à Mallaig le lendemain.」

「The hotel is a few minutes walk from Mallaig train station, and the ferry terminal. There are two supermarkets and a few restaurants around the village so that one can easily get refreshments. I was amazed that the hotel is in a delicate traditional wooden decor, and has a relaxing garden terrace. I also enjoyed the window view a lot! The room was clean and it’s reception was excellent. I strongly recommend anyone who plan to visit any Hebrides islands, give the hotel a chance,.」

「Room was nice, staff were very nice. We ate in the dining room the first night. The food was very tasty but quantities were very small and extremely expensive for the tiny amount provided. Full breakfast was very big and good. We had waffles on day two which was disappointingly small. Location of the hotel was lovely.」

「Nice friendly check in, room was lovely with a nice view to mallaig. Food was excellent and reasonably priced as was the wine and lager ( a pint for less than £4 😁). The staff at dinner and breakfast were nice and polite and done their job very well. Thank you to all the team who made our stay relaxing. 」

「The staff were exceptionally nice. The room was clean. Plenty 9f parking. Breakfast was good. But the evening meals were expensive and not as good as I would expect given how much they cost. We had our last meal there and as I'm a vegetarian, I'm limited anyway. They could not adjust I was told as the meals came ready made - so microwave food for £15 to £20. I ended up getting soup.」

「The rooms were clean and to be expected for a hostel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the large common area and the available bar. We were just passing through so didn't get to explore the surrounding area but there is lots to do and see. We enjoyed the available breakfast and there is a large common kitchen.」
