「We loved our stay at mallard Lodge and would definitely recommend. The weather was awful but expected in January but it didn't stop the kids fun. Lots of places to see. Great walks. Was wonderful to return to a warm, cosy lodge and a relaxing dip in the hot tub. Not fantastic TV reception or WiFi but we were there to escape all that. Anything we needed help with, selina was only a call away. We are looking forward to visiting again. X」

「The accommodation was very impressive, extremely well equipped and immaculately clean with lovely extra's of snacks and freshly baked bread. The Alexa system was so easy to use and the shower was lovely.The only downside was that the deposit taken the day before arrival was more than the booking, so looking forward to getting that back a.s.a.p. and the twin beds were a bit smaller than a normal single bed. I would highly recommend this property to others as it is high quality accommodation.」

「This was our third year at Howgills house, absolutely amazing venue, the staff are so friendly and thorough when cleaning, it is always spotless. Plenty to do in Sedbergh and surrounding, but if you just want to laze around the house, using the hot tub and taking in the views, that’s good too.
