"I was only there for one day, the breakfast was good but you didnt have choices. There was no bacon with the bacon and eggs. For a tropical country I think fruits and local juice juices shoud be added to the breakfast menu."

"The property was in great shape considering the hurricane that hit the island in October 2025. There were a few areas of maintenance going on but otherwise the property looked great! The food was only average. Some staff were so so nice while others were just meh. They tried to do the sales pitch for a time share and tell you it was mandatory. They said it was mandatory to see the transportation services desk the day after we arrived but that was just to try and sell tours and excursions. I read horror stories from other Iberostar properties so thankfully the sales pressure here was not as bad. It still overshadowed the whole experience though."
