“Clean and good location”

“The accessible twin room was perfect for travelling with my Mum who has limited mobility. It was the first (only?) room on the ground floor. It was spacious and good to have rails by the walk-in shower and toilet. Although my Mum uses a walking stick and not a wheelchair we could see it being perfect for someone who does. We liked the little table and chairs, The hotel is within a short walk from restaurants and shops. The staff on reception were friendly.”

“鄰近商店 客房整潔”

“The room is really clean.”

“Nice location however very soft mattress and unpleasant smell in the bathroom. Rooms in the clock tower are separate to rest of hotel. Staff offered no explanation about breakfast on arrival and we were not asked how our stay was on checkout. Below expectations, very average”

“Good points: Breakfast was a very good mix of cooked food, cereals, fruit, pastries etc with a decent coffee machine and juice. All help yourself. The swimming pool, while not large, was heated to a decent temperature and the same depth throughout…good for kids. It could have benefitted from having a few hotel-provided floatation devices and the showers turned off very quickly, but the shampoo and shower gel provided were also decent quality. Bad/improvement points: Booked a room with a sofa-bed……

“All excellent”
