"The room was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Chapultepec Ave was only a block away and there is dinning and bars all up and down. The water in the hotel had a weird smell. You for sure may want to think about using it to brush your teeth. Parking was fantastic. The lady in the parking garage was great found me a large space to park my truck. And when I went out she blocked it so no one would park in it. I have stayed there before and would again."

"The breafast was good but a lack of variety if you're staying more than a couple of days. The room was great with a full bathroom including a tub. We mentioned that the casting system was not working well for watching our own Netflix. We would recommend staying at this hotel."

"Clean room. Big spacious room. Has a nice pool area. Would recommend. The air con is noisy so as long as you have ear plugs or cool down the room down while you are out and switch off for bed it’s absolutely fine. "

Location, friendly and helpful staff, beautiful lobby and rooms, cleanliness, maintenance, on-site restaurant and bar, beautiful pool area, service in the room and at the pool. We've stayed here many times. It's in the historic district a few blocks from the central square with historic buildings, markets, and great bars and restaurants. Try Cantina Fuentes by the cathedral."
