“The room good, very clean.the kitchen was not good. No coffee pot, only espresso. You had to hold the toaster down manually. Only 1 outlet so you could only use1 appliance at a time.no hot water in the sink. The hotel itself was clean but the whole surrounding area was littered with rubbish. ”

“This was the best hotel stay we have ever experienced. Upon arrival we were greeted with the friendliest reception staff. The entire week that was carried through with every staff member we encountered. Our room was very clean and daily housekeeping kept it sparkling all week. The grounds are gorgeous and the walk through the gardens to the beach took my breath every time. We are already planning our return trip next year. ”

“The hotel location is excellent to walk everywhere - beach, restaurants, shops. The staff is friendly, professional and knowledgeable, especially Elena. The room was spacious, clean and had everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation. The breakfast is improved from last year and has more options to choose from. The restaurant staff could improve in greeting clients and restaurant cleanness.”

“A great location, cozy beach, plenty of shade under umbrellas, excellent restaurant with a large menu, very clean premises, a variety of water sports… we stayed at more than twenty locations in the Caribbean over the years, this is among the top three for us. ”

“The property was run down and I saw two roaches. The staff was friendly and the bed was comfortable. I can’t say I would come back because of the roaches. It was giving dive hotel for sure.”

“Beautiful property and excellent location. Room recently renovated was very nicely appointed, though it always had a peculiar smell that many people have complained about. Apparently their water supply to the rooms has too much sulfur is my understanding. Staff, from top-down, need to have some serious insightful discussions as to how to treat guests. From check-in to check-out they act as though they didn’t want to be bothered. Had planned to stay onsite as much as possible using the restaurant……

“No toilet paper, other than what’s on the roll… No water bottles in room …. No tissues or paper towels …. Other than a place to put your head down at night …. I wouldn’t recommend it ….”

“Older property with ground-level Villas. Very close to the beach. Comfortable beds and adequate amenities. The staff are kind, attentive and accommodating. Audrey, the manager, went over and above to try to make my stay comfortable. She is really a lovely person. The restaurant and the continental breakfast were fantastic!”

“Stay away, the room had a moldy smell I was sick for the first 3 day of my stay ( difficulty breathing)until they brought a fan to assist with the odors. The furnitures were very old and funky. Beautiful view from the balcony. Lay out decent but the place need a complete rehab.”

“Holland house was a nice stay but we were disappointed with the breakfast that’s included. The breakfast would take us almost an hour to get and to top it off the breakfast would come out cold after waiting all that time. But besides that the hotel is a good place to stay for a couple of days..”
