“ This hotel had many wonderful reviews, which is why my boyfriend and I decided to stay here. Unfortunately, our experience was not what we expected. When we first entered the room, we immediately noticed several issues. The air conditioner was leaking water onto the floor, the restroom had no fan, and there were no small towels for bathing. The room itself was also very small. Another inconvenience was that there was no iron in the room—the iron and ironing board are located on the 10th floor,……

“Desde a minha chegada até minha saída, fui bem recepcionista, as meninas da recepção muito educada e prestativa, as moças da limpeza também muito educadas. No café o buffet com muitas variedades de comida e tudo muito gostoso. Eu recomendo!”

“Positiv in dem Hotel war das sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Personal am Empfang / Rezeption. Außerdem war das Frühstück echt in Ordnung. Insbesondere die ganzen weichen Brötchen. Okey bis schlecht war jedoch leider der Rest. Die Zimmer waren so semi sauber. Wir hatten einmal eine dreckige Decke, der Abfluss im Bad war nicht sauber und unsere Toilette nicht mehr fest verankert (Raum 1150). Der Pool hat seine besten Zeiten hinter sich und das Personal scheint dort etwas überfordert zu sein.……

“Stranded 1 night in Rio & exhausted. Booked a room at Modernistas Hospedagem e Arte because it's in a traditional touristic neighborhood, as opposed to the beaches. I already know (& love) the beaches but was coming to Rio after 2 wks on Florianópolis beaches. Missed my flight to US at Riogaleão, arriving after midnight. Check in ends at 6pm, but for a small late check-in fee, the reservations agent secured an onsite caretaker, Antonieta, to await me. By the time I picked up my bag, cleared……

“Very disappointed. The property itself is nice. The rooms have spider webs. The hot water is hit and miss. Some days you get it and other days you don't. Breakfast is skimpy at best. There are 80 steps I had to take with two 20 kg bags. That is just insane. They don't tell you that at the time of booking. Also, the description of the Azul room is incorrect on Expedia. This room is NOT 568 square feet. Expedia shows free breakfast but the hotel wants to charge you for breakfast. Overall I would……
