Chattanooga Reflection Riding Arboretum and Nature Center Hotels

"The WORST service I have ever experienced at a hotel. The check in process took 39 minutes and I still don’t even know why. The girl at the front desk (young, blonde girl) was the least helpful any human could be. I kid you not, anything I asked her for she said no and did not offer any alternatives..just no we don’t have that or no we can’t do that for you. Then to top it off, the lady “helping” with the breakfast buffet was extremely rude to my kids and me. We took yogurt out of the fridge and she actually huffed because I guess we were inconveniencing her because she was going to have to restock the fridge again with one whole yogurt. And surprise surprise I tried to call Malvin the manager to discuss this with him and haven’t heard back. I never write reviews but this was ridiculous and no one else should have to experience this."

"It’s a nice hotel. We stay frequently. I don’t like that the ice machines are only on two of the five floors. The location signage is very poor too. I always have to search for ice and usually end up asking at the front desk."

"Our initially assigned room had a bed frame structure issue which required getting a new room. The front desk was very helpful and patient with this! Then the highway noise was a little unavoidable - but it really only took off in the early morning."
