“The condo was fine. Very clean and neat. The weather wasn’t the greatest or the worst, but the sea was beautiful right across the street from the front door. The bed was comfortable, the heater, wifi and TV worked well. I accidentally broke the coffee pot by dropping it on the tile floor. I was grateful there was tile and not carpeting because carpet is rarely as clean as it looks. I needed the peace and quiet that I found in Rockport; it was probably quiet because it was the beginning of……

“It was close to the beach and a 15 minute drive from Mustang Island Park. It was awesome, convenient, and quiet, which is what I want. I can easily imagine that during peak travel times it might be different. The place feels like an apartment complex so with a lot of people around it might have a different vibe.”

There was a bar with some rowdy patrons that kept some of us up on Saturday but that is just a product of the central location. The TV channels load slowly but that was mentioned as an issue in Port A. Overall it was a nice home with plenty of space that we enjoyed a lot.”
