Perfect location

This is the perfect location to watch the big ships and fishing boats from the patio! It is also close to a lot for restaurants. We enjoy ur stay very much. September is a great month to visit Port A as you get summertime weather without the summertime crowds!

This was a very clean, and well stocked condo ...I had a very relaxing and restful stay ...only nine tenths of a mile away from the beach, and just as close to shops in town.....perfect location with beautiful views of the ship channel....all pros, and no cons.

Beautiful view of Bay - huge balcony - great bed

The bed was really comfortable and appliances worked great. However the place needs to be refreshened with paint and good scrubs. No bugs. Great pool. The climb 3 flights is not for the faint hearted. But we choose it for the view.

The only issue we had was the fitted sheet on the bed did not fit and kept coming off corners and the fire alarm went off. Other than that we love it and can’t wait to stay next year.

So much fun, great retreat

I met an owner of a condo on premises while fishing on the pier. Best time ever. Met other visitors/owners and all were so friendly. My condo was nice and clean. Great view of ship channel. I had the things I needed. The towels really dried the water off me after showering. Loved them, lol. I really enjoyed the recliner and wall mount TV because it moved. The office was great after an unexpected issue with the code to get into the condo. The weather was no good, but when the sun came out i got some good sun in the morning.The location was great, away from the noise, but close enough to go check out any bar/restaurant..

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I decided to get away for a few days and we picked the bay tree because I had stayed there years ago as a kid. The unit we stayed in was on the top level. The unit was perfect for us as far as size and amenities and the price seemed acceptable but when you add The reservation fee and the cleaning fee it is probably a little more pricey than a very nice hotel room. However, aside from location this unit is not very nice. The room smelled of mold and I could even see some on the ceilings. When we were packing up to leave, I found a cockroach in one of my shoes. I just don’t think it’s worth the money. I can’t speak as to the staff because we never actually saw or spoke to anyone.

Quick Weekend Getaway

The condo was cute, clean and perfect for a couple looking for a quiet weekend (or longer) get away. The location was away from the busy streets of Port A but close enough to get there with a walk or golf cart ride. The back patio views were amazing and it was fun to watch the boats coming and going.

Nice condo… maybe not quite as cute on the interior as I expected, but my husband and I still enjoyed it. My request for an early check in was honored. It was very clean, instructions were clear, and we had our own covered parking place. Great view of the channel from the huge deck. We could see dolphins playing in the water!! The community pool is large and a relaxing experience. The location of the condo is perfect for getting quickly to popular restaurants and to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.
