"We left as soon as we got there, had to book a different hotel down the street. The property was rundown and dirty with a disgusting smell of a mix of cleaning products, must and bug repellent. We spotted lots of roaches so that explains the bug spray. Just needed a place for one night, but couldn’t do it. I would avoid this property. "

"First night there was cockroaches all over the place. The bed had stains and nail clippings still over it. We asked for a refund and got no answer. The pool was closed even though it was advertised that it was not. The health department said that there was pH imbalance and other things. The staff were rude and dismissed us."

"We really enjoyed our overnight stay at Knott's Hotel. We arrived early morning and were able to leave our bags while we visited Disneyland for the day. We were able to take the mid-morning shuttle at no charge. Cristina on reception was very friendly and very helpful. Once we arrived back in the afternoon and was able to check in she followed up with us to ensure our luggage had been delivered to our room. She was vey caring to ensure we had everything we needed. The self service laundry was very handy. We were able to buy detergent from the onsite convenience store. The room was very clean and comfortable. We would stay here again."

"This hotel needs serious remodeling. I was so disappointed. Room service never came in the 5 days I stayed. I would never stay at this location again. For the amount of money I paid, I expected better. "
