La literie est parfaite, les chambres sont spacieuses, salle de bain très bien équipée. La dame de l’accueil (Carmella ?) qui parle le Français, est adorable et très attentionnée ; Merci pour toute sa gentillesse. "This is a very nice place in a super-convenient location, about 5 minutes walk from the National Archaeological Museum, and also from the Lido train station (1 stop on the local trains from Villa San Giovanni, if you are taking the ferry or train to Sicily). It has a beautiful view of the straights, and the rooms are very quiet. Staff very helpful--great local recommendations. Highly recommended."

"This hotel property has the potential to be an amazing stay along the beach front. Very disappointed lack of communication from the reception staff. The property is run down, broken pavement, untidy around the building and the lift area. Loud noise music every night till 1am… It wasn’t cheap to stay!! Housekeeping was clean but unpleasant smell through the air conditioning. Strained carpets throughout the building and room. Have stayed there before thought may have been improved. I will never...

"Overall a good option. Clean hotel & friendly staff. The rooms are dated, but kept well. The hotel restaurant is lovely with great service and good food. Breakfast and dinner sampled and it also has a brilliant view out over to sicily to add to your enjoyment. Easy location, just off the seafront. I'd definitely recommend"

B&B Centrale

"We have been travelling for a few weeks now. I would say that although B&B Centrale was not in the best location, it was by far the best. The owner provided excellent service, served us breakfast and coffee and gave us free water each day. Everywhere we travelled, we didn’t see the shadow of the owner or their employee. Everything was so hands off. But Sr. Nuno (if memory serves me right) provided hands-on service. Such a gentleman. We stayed in a big quadruple room which was very clean and spacious. We didn’t feel cramped like in other places. The bathroom was located a bit away from our beds. This ensured we weren’t bothered by the light being turned on by someone who needed to go. Great owner. Made our stay so pleasant. Grazie Mille."
