“The Octopus Cottage was the perfect spot for a cozy getaway! Donna has thought of quite literally everything, the house is stocked from top to bottom. While we did not need anything during our stay, we knew we could always ask for anything - her communication was phenomenal the whole time. The location is perfect, just a few minutes away from Cape May and tons of breweries and restaurants. We had a wonderful time and hope to return!”

We walked with a wagon for groceries and drove to beach. Not able to walk to beach as we carried a lot for the day but you can very well walk if not taking much. Great experience!”

I couldn’t be happier that we chose this place to stay. Great location on 10th street. Plenty of street parking. Beautiful and clean inside. Linens were provided. Beds were comfortable. And Olivia was super easy to work with. I would highly recommend!!!”

“Beautiful place to stay. I will be staying at the Lokal again. Short walk to beach, stores, restaurants....perfect location. If we needed anything, just a text away. Place was clean and I especially loved the heated pool. Nice balcony with table and chairs. Washer and dryer was a plus. We stayed with 5 people and having two bathrooms was a dream come true:) Thank you for a nice time away. ”
