Requested at beginning of stay for maintenance to repair shower handle in 2nd bedroom and 3 of the seats on the dining chairs were not attached to the chairs. No maintenance came while we were there.

Property was great beach location and nice view of park. Very good layout and very accommodating for multiple guests. Rooms were as pictured however the kitchen and baths were very dated and could use some updating. The front door locked but was not a tight fit (gap in door when closed) extension cord in kitchen for micro seemed unsafe and chair cushions are not attached to chairs in dining area. The access to the beach with cart is through garage only - which is not really accommodating for elderly family members. Staff was confrontational when asked simple questions as we were not familiar with parking and such but we had a great week and throughly enjoyed our stay!

Kitchen cabinets were organized. Everything you need- including umbrella for rainy days. Large condo. Enjoyed our stay very much. Wished for a better coffeemaker. It leaked but still worked. Would like to book again next year.

Great Location!!

It was a great location. Easy to find. View was the park and a pond which was nice. We did use the balcony almost every night. Right out and on the beach. Very nice stay.

Great condo & great location

We had a great time on our vacation. The condo is very spacious and was clean. Kitchen and bathrooms are a little dated but were fine. Everything worked and the location was perfect for us. Easy access to the beach and boardwalk. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location and experience

We greatly enjoyed our week in Rehoboth, thanks largely to the unit, management, and location. It is common practice in the area to have to rent your linens. We found a good service but had to plan in advance. Pros: -Check-in was very well managed. -Location, balconies and fresh air were perfect. -We were pleasantly surprised to find that day-bed section of the living area had a built-in partition. -The unit also had many beach items that had been either left by previous visitors or the hosts, including beach chairs, beach umbrella, and other items for children. -On-site, garage parking provided (for one) Cons: -The ice-machine of the refrigerator/freezer was broken -cleaners had missed a couple of items left to dry on the balconies -small doorways for the bathrooms (one guest was in a narrow, travel specific wheelchair and could barely squeeze through the door) Thank you again for hosting us.

Beautiful 2 bedroom condo

We loved our condo!! We stayed on the second floor and were able to walk right out into the courtyard and down the steps to beach!! The condo was very clean and had beautiful decor!

Great location. Comfortable amenities.

We loved the location, easy access to the beach, and the rooftop pool. The size of the apartment was great for our family, and was as pictured. There was a slight glitch with the cleaning schedule. When we arrived, it had not been cleaned, but ReMax resolved the issue by sending a new cleaning crew (probably within an hour or so) and they did a nice job. So we really appreciated the responsiveness. Overall, it was a terrific stay and we hope to return!

Great location but unit has been neglected by owner and/or resltor

Good location at end of boardwalk. The condo employees all friendly. The unit has several maintenance issues that haven’t been taken care of by owner. Reviews back to at least July complain about the sliding doors to the balcony not opening or not closing. Ice maker did not work, toilet in hall bath leaks in tank and runs, faucet handle fell off in kitchen, dishwasher overflowed (accordance to maintenance, not the first time). Other small issues like closet doors not closing, shower controls hard to use, etc.

Great place!

We've stayed at these condos many times. This particular condo was very nice and I prefer the lake view. It was also very conveninet to stay on the second floor. The beach is less crowded so I think it's the perfect location yet still walkable to all the restaurants and shops. I would definitely stay in this condo again!

Listed as a 2 bedroom but functions as a 3 bedroom.

My family has stayed in this building every year for almost 20 years and this is 1 of the best 2 bedroom units we've stayed in. Clean, with a fulll kitchen and reasonably comfortable beds. It truly functions as a 3 bedroom since the area off of the living room has a trundle bed and an accordion screen that pulls out to completely close it off making it another bedroom. There is a closet there too that can be used for storing your belongings. It was perfect for my 2 boys (ages 10 & 17). The refrigerator is brand new and huge with a functioning water/ice maker so it was great for us to store plenty of food for 6 people and not have to eat out constantly. Our only issue was with the sliding door that was difficult to open and the handle seemed loose. All in all, I would definitely stay in this unit again.

Not like it use to be

I expected a nice condo and relaxing vacation like we have always had in the past 40 years at Rehoboth Beach. Not this time. My son has a military service dog, which when I called ReMax, I got approval for the dog. We had him there three years ago with NO problem. Not this time. Some woman from some organization confronted my son asking all kind of questions about the military service dog, which he could not answer because I made the arrangements. He did have papers and a letter for the dog. This woman was disrespectful and rude to my family. She ruined our vacation and I will never stay at the Henlopen Condo ever again. She should be ashamed of herself treating my family like that. Being against a military service dog is like going against our military. My son fought for his country and we are proud to have Chance. He is a life saver, but not to her. The condo had issues, which I called ReMax, maintenance was supposed to come and fix the problems, they never showed. Toilet floated would stick, closet doors didn't close, lights were burnt out, a switch on one of the lamps was missing. I made a list ad gave it to the lady at the desk, but I doubt if they get fixed. I did write a letter to my representative on how we were treated about the military service dog. He was not happy.

Family Vacation

Overall the property was nice. We enjoyed the location and it was the right amount of space for 6 people (4 adults & 2 kids). The appliances were in great condition and there were plenty of utensils, plates etc for a family dinner. The only draw backs were that a couple of the sliding doors to the balconies did not open easily and probably needed repaired/replaced. The main one didn’t open at all and the shower in the second bathroom was rather small. Both were minor in the grand scheme of things.

Nice stay and location

condo is pretty large, very clean and comfortable. right on the end of the boardwalk so easy to get to shops and restaurants without driving. all walkable. Condo itself is on the main floor to access beach so very convenient. Condo overlooks the pond/lake which we enjoyed for it was quiet and nice view. only complaint about condo was sliding glass doors to patio need repair very hard to move them due to debris in the track. Easy fix.

Henlopen Condo Great location and condo

The condo was much more spacious than pictures looked. It also had a closet full of beach chairs, toys, and boards that weren’t advertised. Very well stocked and immaculate clean!! Great location to walk everywhere. View of the lake is beautiful. The condo itself was very nice, in need of some love, did not care for ReMax. Check in was rough and no one was around from ReMax to assist. Our key fobs didn’t work, only received half the linens ordered.

Loved being on the boardwalk, the rooftop pool a d a view of the lake.

This unit is on the 2nd floor and around the corner from the doors leading to the beach. The Master BR is quite large and the extra room with daybed converted to a bedroom with a sliding pocket door. Everything was great.
