Great intergenerational rental home

Perfect Stay

Beautiful house with updated appliances and bathrooms, comfortable beds, and plenty of space to spread out (we had four adults and two kids). Close to the beach too! Communication with vacasa was so easy. Thanks for a great vacation.

Second stay -- and we'll book again!

This was our second stay at this property, and we enjoyed it very much. The house is clean and very comfortable. We especially appreciate how close it is to the main street in Rehoboth and the boardwalk. We'll book again.

Best house experience

We have been traveling to Rehoboth each October for 4 years and this was by far the cleanest, most comfortable house we have rented. A close walk to Rehoboth Avenue and the beach. Many special amenities and just such a pleasant place. Will try to rent again next year.

Beautiful home close to EVERYTHING

This beautiful, light-filled home with a spacious open-concept downstairs, beautiful updated bathrooms and comfortable bedrooms is the perfect setting for anyone staying in Rehoboth anytime. It's a two-block walk to restaurants and shops, and just a quarter-mile to the boardwalk. We had a wonderful time here!

Great house for young kids. Great layout and nice bedrooms and bathrooms. Walked to beach/funland/restaurants. Only criticism is that the carpet needs to either be deep cleaned and/or replaced.

Weekend Getaway

It was the perfect house for our family of 7. The house sells itself. It is an easy 1block and a half walk to the boardwalk where there is fun for everyone. Or if you prefer walk two blocks to Rehoboth Avenue for the "downtown" attractions. There are restaurants to suit every taste and purse, shops for the shopper and not only there but in the outlet malls an easy drive away. I'm ready for my next Rehoboth getaway.

Very nice home

Nice house. Close to the beach. We had 6 adults and a 3 yr old and a 4 month old. Because of the lay out of the house, we had to work on being quiet so not to wake baby. Screened in porch on back and fenced in yard. Dealing with Vacasa was not always easy. House does not provide parking passes. Did not have enough hand towels and no kitchen towels. Did not have all kitchen gadgets needed. No problem getting in house. Would stay here again.

Great beach house!

We enjoyed a wonderful long weekend in this beautiful beach house! The home is very clean, beautifully furnished, and provided with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is a short walk to the main street of Rehoboth and to the boardwalk and beach. The two off street parking spots are a great amenity. We are looking forward to booking another visit in the future!

Great location

Great location (about 2 blocks from the boardwalk). It’s a nice, modern, clean home - kitchen came well equipped however the cookware left a lot to be desired. Vacasa provides some basic home essentials (dish soap, detergent, etc) but they were all incredibly cheap and didn’t work well so we needed to purchase those things. Had issues with the AC on the second floor Vacasa was pretty responsive but the problem that we were assured was addressed happened the following night which required us to deal with maintenance late at night again. Seemed like the problem could’ve been avoided if the house was better maintained.

Great house in a great location, but bring your own everything. . . .

The house is wonderful and it's perfectly located 1.5 blocks away from the beach/Funland. Great indoor and outdoor space. Quiet and comfortable. But, beware. . . it comes equipped with nothing. No toilet paper, no soap, no dish detergent, no dishwasher detergent, no paper towels. No salt or any other spices, etc. We paid a lot for this house and were glad to do so given how well located and comfortable it is. So, it was jarring to realize that we needed to go out and buy all of the provisions noted above. It's particularly irritating that we were advised that we needed to load the dishwasher and run it before leaving even though we weren't provided with dishwasher detergent. All in all, we loved the house and had a great stay. We suggest that you add a $25 to $50 charge and provide the provisions noted. It would change this from four stars to five.

Great house and neighborhood, AWOL property manager

This house is comfortable and well designed, with a traditional Rehoboth cottage exterior and a light and modern interior. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped. The location is fabulous--only a block and a half from Funland and the Boardwalk. I hope the owners consider getting a new property manager--or any property manager who might actually show up. We called the morning of our first full day to report that the fireplace was not working. We were told we would be contacted by the local property manager, but--crickets. Again the second day we contacted Vacasa, this time to note that in addition to the fireplace, the microwave did not work. Again, no one showed up or even called to apologize for not showing up. The final morning we loaded the dishwasher but then discovered there was no dishwasher detergent so we could not run the load. Bottom line--fabulous house in need of better property manager.

My family and I stayed at this house for a week and absolutely loved our stay. Close to everything and was shocked at how clean the house was. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone wanting to enjoy the boardwalk and beach! Keep up the good work!

We had a GREAT time!

Front door malfunctioned, requiring 20 minutes to lock. Checkin means you have to make your own bed, from the mattress pad on up. Checkout required emptying trash and rolling cans out front, stripping the beds, putting dishes thru dishwasher and putting them away ! No aluminum foil, dishes and pans in kitchen cabinets dirty. Upstairs shower high pitched whined when in use. We had to bring our own dish soap, tp, paper towels and trash bags. Good location and nice house. Good location and nice house.

This was a wonderful home. Agree with the needed deep cleaning. The screen porch needs some shades across the back for privacy. The fully equipped kitchen had very nice appliances. The washer and dryer worked great. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable. But the master bathroom could use an update and repair in the shower unit. Nice comfortable furniture. Rugs need to be replaced due to stains. We highly recommend this property as well as the management company, Seachange Vacation Rentals. They were great to work with. Very helpful and friendly! Very Kid Friendly House

Easy trip for the family, with plenty to do and house was close to everything. This is actually on the same street as Funland, so we were worried it might be noisy-but it was not at all. Cute backyard to hang out and play games and relax between trips to the beach and boardwalk. Comfortable bedrooms.
