“The place is nice and well-located. The staff was okay, but what really needs improvement is the noise level. The rooms near the bar should have a soundproofing system, as there is live music played at an excessively high volume, making it impossible to sleep. You can also hear traffic noise and even people talking on the street (at night, of course). I wish I had known this before booking.”

“The price was right. I felt it was old run down. I got what I payed for. If you want nicer place to stay pay for it. I’m not saying it best/worse place I’ve stayed at. I wasn’t expecting much considering what I paid.”

“Front desk for some reason was less than personable and never said a word to me as I came in after my wife. Somewhat unfriendly. Room was very clean, and had all the amenities except the one that is most important to me in the morning coffee and filters. Shower installation is very unusual with only on/off switching and on the opposite far wall of the shower head. Strange. Bed was very comfortable with great pillows for my taste! Coffee machines downstairs although grinding fresh coffee, didn’t……

“The breakfast was fancy to quote my daughter. The AC in the room was nice and cool. The room was clean and extremely comfortable. I honestly did not want to leave. Special commendation does to Roxanne at the front desk. She went above and beyond to resolve an issue created be Expedia. Beautiful comfortable hotel and wonderful staff.”

“Bugs in sink and on pillow. Charged for parking never telling me and website says optional parking fee area. Water on floor and toilet never flushed. Wrote a letter to avoid writing review but no response, therefore writing the review. ”
