"Lovely hotel. The location was excellent. Showers are great. Breakfast was too expensive though at €44 pp Service was average. Asked for an ironing board and it took around 40 mins and 3 phone calls before it arrived. There was no turn down service and no little treats which was disappointing for a 5 star hotel. "

"Plenty of shops about, tran at the end of the street to take you to central but we walked the 40 minutes as it was easy "

"The breakfast and restaurant are excellent and very tasty, and the Skybar is a nice spot. However, the overall experience doesn't justify a 9.2 rating. The lobby smelled strongly of cannabis upon arrival, and the decor feels like an outdated 'Dubai style'. The pool and sauna areas are quite old and don't match the official photos, plus there was an unpleasant smell in the changing rooms. It is a decent average hotel, but far from 'Wonderful"

"Really nice hotel. Very close to Paradiso if you're attending a concert there. To be honest it was such a good price compared to other hotels we looked at we didnt have high hopes. Booked because of proximity to Paradiso. Needn't have worried as it really surpassed our expectations. Its on a busy main road/canal so if you are looking for somewhere quiet this may not be for you as quite noisy at night. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Good choice for breakfast too. "

"We arrived after long day of flight travel and was greeted by Catherine at the front desk - who was very kind and helpful to us. We are so grateful for her warm professionalism. Area was quiet, felt safe, and is walkable to downtown (30-40 minutes). Hotel and room were clean. Buffet breakfast (purchased) had a large variety of food and drink options & they even asked us about allergies in order to accommodate. Overall, a very good experience staying here. Thank you."

"Not a great place to stay. It served the purpose of laying your head down but there was nothing great or enticing about the site. There was also nothing to watch on the tiny TV."
