「Absolutely exceeded expectations! Even though this is technically a 4-star hotel, it more than deserves 5 stars in my book. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful - special shoutout to Kerry for going above and beyond! 「Hotel was lovely as was the lodge we stayed in, grounds were very clean and the staff were very pleasant. Inside the lodge was clean but there was a LOT of spider webs. I understand the lodges are in the country side but those webs had been there a long time they were caked in dust. There was 3 spiders in the bathroom and a couple in the sitting room which we didn't appreciate but that was the only downside great stay other than that.」
