“My husband and I loved this hotel! We were sad we only got to stay 1 night in our road trip! The parking lot was easily accessible and felt safe! It’s beautiful driving up and down the mountain. The staff was extremely, especially Carlos, I believe his name was! ”

“Second time I've seated elevations first time was what drew me back for the second second time. The air handler in the room really didn't do anything luckily it wasn't that cold out so didn't need much heat. The refrigerator really didn't work either at all. Kind of disappointing all all. It's a nice enough place to stay and I would recommend doing it. But some of the facilities in the room I had the second time were not up to par”

“The suite was well appointed. Renovations are modern and very nice. Sky bar and pub were fantastic. Be ready to valet for almost $30 before tip. Staff was friendly and helpful with suggestions. Starbucks is understaffed in the morning. ”

“Room was very decent But BREAKFAST was very inconsiderate Because on a Saturday breakfast states starts at 630-930am My husband and I came up to breakfast at 835am and there was nothing to eat The lady said she pick up early Which I think it was inconsiderated She should of waited till 930am Like indicated when we rented the room”

“Ignored by staff, hot tub was cloudy and just unclean, constant AI texts from property. They held a $50 dollar deposit with out telling me and then kept $9 dollars of it as a resort fee. Very disappointed,will not be returning. ”
