"The hotel is right next to all the main locations in punta arenas and is walkable from all tourist attractions/ restaurants. The staff were super friendly and went the extra mile to give us to go lunches as we had very early tours on both days. Kudos to them to do that and very kind / professional. The room was neat and spacious with the overall hotel being a bed and breakfast vibe in general. For the price you paid and all things weighed in this hotel is definitely recommended if you visit punta arenas."

"Everything was excellent, the staff is above and beyond the expectation, very helpful and attentive. Every morning since I had early excursion they prepared a very nice bfast goodies bag for me. On my check out day the staff was helping me to arrange taxi to pick me up at 2 am to the airport and making sure the taxi comes on time. Location is very good easy to go anywhere. The hotel is more like a house with many rooms so my room although is very small but clean and cozy. I will come back and recommend this accommodation place to anyone."

"Room was OK for the price, bathroom door was damaged but they fixed quickly. Restaurant was very good. Continental breakfast was not. The gym was OK but not all the machines were working. Location was perfect, just 3 minutes walk to main square and 5 minutes walk from restaurants. Walk 2 more minutes and you get to the port area. Also for your covenience there is a machine to refill your bottle of water in on the second floor near the reception."

"String Odor/smell that they were trying mask with a deodorizer. Smell was of mold and sewage. Particularly around the elevator and to some extent on the floors. Staff was pleasant but not really helpful. Attached restaurant and bar staff were not interested in taking orders for food or drink. Do not count on a 6:30 am breakfast, coffee was there but not much else."

"The room was small with 1 chair. The shower pipe was broken! More of a waterfall than anything…not usable."

"We arrived early, but the staff was super attentive. They were able to store our bags as we went out and explored. Cristian took care of us from start to finish, great customer service skills. Margarita was our cleaning lady and had the room spotless. We visited the restaurant, the selection was good with some local cuisine. Portions are big enough for two. Location was ideal right on the Straight and only blocks from downtown, the port and just about anywhere."
