"The staff were excellent. Very helpful and professional. The rooms and general hotel ambiance were very English colonial. The location was very close to the cruise terminal. The room floor was not clean. The bottom of my feet were dirty from walking barefoot in the room. "

"We had a really great stay at Taj Mahal Tower. The moment we arrived, the entrance felt grand and welcoming, and it set the tone for the rest of the visit. My parents absolutely loved the breakfast buffet. There were so many options and everything tasted fresh. It was honestly one of their favorite parts of the stay. What stood out the most was the staff. Everyone was so warm, polite, and genuinely helpful. The hospitality felt very personal and thoughtful, which made the experience even more special. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we would definitely come back."
