Arrived to find steep staircase which we had to carry cases up. No one around so looked for contact details. 15 mins later nick arrived. We had the terrace which looked ok . Inside fine. However. The terrace is open to all. All you get is table and chairs. So we had washing from cleaner and guests for our view. Anyone could look directly into the bedroom. The kitchen had a washer. Yes full of others dirty washing. The main one for washing was broken so they used ours. Guess they didn't repair it. Towels were dirty and hard as rock. Bed so dusty , with dirty pillows shoved i to wardrobes where i was to hang clothes. It had not been cleaned. As im allergic to dust and have asthma, i only used the bed once. I itched coughed and used 4 packs if antihistamines. Arrived hime with chest infection and im on antibiotics. Great. Due for eye surgery next week, but not sure if i can go ahead till better. I contacted nick to give feedback. he never replied. Yet since i only saw him to get the key and saw him with another couple, and i wondered if he had shown them our room whilst we were out, overhearing snippets. Im not surprised he didnt respond. I use lots of places at rethymon, have done for 10 years. Ive never been made ill with poor services. As hes not bothered about attending to your needs, i wouldn't recommend you bother using him

Fab location and views from the balcony. Lovely apartment loft bedroom with huge bed and lovely bedding. The kitchen poorly equiped extra cutlery dishes a saucepan and sweeping brush would have been useful . However iron, washing machine and hairdryer all availabe. Housekeeping staff lovely. A bit noisy due to a night club below.

Location and view were the reason we booked. The room had the smell of raw sewage, the owners / managers were not responsive to our concerns and would not refund our payment. They misrepresented themselves, I would not recommend this hotel.

Nettes App., leider nachts viel zu laut !

Die Kommunikation mit Nektarios war manchmal etwas kompliziert. Wir wussten oft nicht, ob wir richtig verstanden wurden. Das Appartement entsprach größtenteils den Abbildungen. Leider gab es im Bad immer wieder kleine Überflutungen, durch die Dusche oder Waschmaschine?? Der nächtliche Lärm durch die viel zu laute Musik war sehr störend. Auch bei gutem Willen und geschlossenen Fenstern hatten wir leider schlaflose Nächte. Wir hatten die Wahl zwischen geschlossenen Fenstern und lauter Klimaanlage oder offenen Fenster und Lärm bis zum Sonnenaufgang.

Phantastische Lage, jedoch mit Clublärm

Das Apartment ist toll gelegen. Direkt am venezianischen Hafen mit Blick Richtung Osten, also Sonnenaufgangseite. Der Maisonettestil macht die Wohnung sehr besonders. Erste Enttäuschung war das Fehlen jeglicher Basics in der Küche, wie Öl, Gewürze, um kochen zu können. Die Matratzen sind durchgelegen und bieten wenig Entspannung. Das größte Problem war ein Club, der keine 50 Meter im Hafen entfernt war. Das war mit keiner Silbe im Text erwähnt. Jede Nacht gab es sehr laute Musik. Sämtliche Bemühungen seitens der Gastgeber führten nur zu zeitlichen Unterbrechungen. Die Polizei war involviert. Da wir kaum durchschlafen konnten, haben wir von unserem Preisminderungsrecht Gebrauch gemacht und warten nun auf die Bearbeitung bei Expedia. Leider können wir diese Unterkunft nicht empfehlen, trotz der herrlichen Lage und des guten Services von Seiten des Gastgebers.

Amazing suite overlooking the old harbour

The suites were amazing, gorgeous views of the harbour and sea. Very comfy bed, massive apartment. Unfortunately, the first night was a Saturday, and we could hear a local night club most of the night. This didn't ruin our stay, and we'd definitely return!

A nice place! Great location. We booked last minute and walked in to the reception at midnight - had to wait 10 min for the staff to give us a room key but no big deal. Only part not enjoyable was the lack of a blanket on the bed - sheet only!

wonderful stay

It was great to stay there for one night. When we arrived, no-one was at the reception, which is understandable since there are only 4 rooms in the hotel. The receptionist arrived within 15 min of our phone call. The location is very central, but there is a problem with free parking in the neighbourhood. A paid parking 300 m away costs €9 per day. The room (rather, it is an apartment) is very cosy and clean, and it is cosy. The kitchen is fully equipped. Overall - a very nice impression; highly recommended.

Superb apartment

Fabulous location on the old port with stunning views. 2 minutes walk to 10+ excellent restaurants with terrific seafood. Comfortable, clean and super-stylish apartments.

Very poor service - room was ok - great position

There was no reception at all ( we had to call the person in charge for the check in who came after 20 minutes.. although hotels.com mentioned that it has reception desk up to 17:00) . The toilet flush was not working properly and the second day was not working at all. The tub cabin was half covered by glass as the other half was missing and they had put a broom in the bathroom so we could wipe the water from the floor. The room was half renovated. The doors and the bathroom were old but the bedroom and the kitchen were nice. Hotel does not have breakfast and parking. The position of it is great! Right in the center of old town.

Beautiful room, great view

This hotel was more like a beautiful apartment. We had a very lovely stay with a balcony overlooking the marina. It was beautiful.
