Bright and cheery little studio. I appreciated the locked entrance and coded room lock. The kitchenette had everything I needed, the bathroom was large and the bed and linens were comfy. There's a Bonus grocery store right around the corner that was very convenient. Most importantly, as a first timer in Iceland traveling solo I opted to book daily tours instead doing self drive. Almost all of the tours I booked picked up/dropped off right at the corner of the street which was so great for leaving out early mornings and returning well after dark. I would love to return to Iceland and would absolutely book B18 again.

Very nice and clean apartment. Towels and linen provided - kitchen equipped with hot plate, fridge, kettle and coffee maker. Very quiet on our floor - and very little noise from the street. We appreciated easy access to the laundry room. Limited parking in front of the building, so often need to park in the nearby streets.

Good decent stay

Decent apartment, walking distance to the usual pick up locations for day trips, but a bit farther from the city centre. Basic amenities available, clean enough apartment, bed is okay for an Asian couple but might be small if you are more heavy set. Kitchen amenities need a refresh as the pot is quite heavily scratched.

Great location for staying in downtown Reykjavik. Easy to find free parking right outside the building. Within walking distance to downtown restaurants and attractions. Quick last-minute booking. Quiet and clean room. Highly recommended.

A really great apartment in a great area of the city! Clean and convenient (just a short walk to the centre of town) and very close to a grocery store. I loved the option to cook for myself as well as explore the best places to eat in Reykjavik. Will definitely book again ⭐️

B18 was a tidy little apartment with a nice kitchenette. The fold out bed was very comfortable. The apartment is situated not far from the Harbor and you can see the church in the downtown area from the deck.

This was a very comfortable, clean and warm apartment. Had great kitchen amenities and a supermarket a short walk away. There’s parking on the street. About 10-15 minutes walk into the centre of town. Bed was comfortable and I had a good sleep every night - for a couple the bed would be cosy (but kind of expected in Europe).
