The room is clean and large. It is fully equipped and you got everything you needed. Self check in is easy as the host has sent the code and password beforehand. We had a little problem as we found no key in the key box when we checked in. Fortunately we informed the host and a staff passed the key to us within 15 minutes. The apartment is a little far from the city centre but it is still within walking distance. There is a lot of restaurants after walking for 5 to 10 minutes. The service is excellent as the host responded to my inquiries super fast.

Very nice stay, just wish we could have checked in earlier. We had to kill about 3 hours so we went to the grocery store and the coffee shop around the corner. The room was very cozy and enjoyable.

Good apartment with free parking in the street. Very good instruction to door code and supermarket round the corner. Something in the kitchen was missing (cuttingboard, good knife).

Clean, quiet, and modern apartment. Check-in instructions were clear. Host was very responsive to messages. Appreciated the amenities like the kitchen and kitchen utensils. There is a Bonus grocery store a block away, which is a plus if you're going to cook. The parking spots directly in front of the building fill up quickly, but there were ample spots down the street and around the corner. Some construction happening nearby, but it didn't affect us when we were there. Definitely recommend.

My daughter and I stayed at B18 in the beginning of August 2024. The studio was beautiful- clean, spacious—and a wonderful location. Grocery store right around the corner. Coffee shops nearby—and just a few blocks from shopping and restaurants. There was a lot of construction in the area-but it could not be heard from inside. B18 was also a perfect home base for day trips. We always felt safe-and the communication was very friendly and any requests (eg more towels) was responded to promptly. I highly recommend B18.

This property is very quiet, convenient, and modern. The parking is right out front, and walking to the city is easy. I wish more bed pillows had been provided, as the pillows were small.

Stayed here with our two teen kids for 3 days. The room was great for us. Having a kitchen was awesome. There’s a grocery store on the corner which we visited each night for breakfast items. The street parking is free which is great though the signage for reserved parking was a little confusing as it seems like the entire street is reserved but then it’s along an abandoned building so after a day we parked there and were ok. The location is quite a close drive to downtown Reykjavik and the rainbow street area. There is also a really delicious vegan restaurant which reasonable prices a block away called the Loving Hut which was great (try the Pad Thai). The apartment was clean and the check in procedure was a snap. Would stay here again for sure.
