“Room was clean and comfortable. What made our stay great was the staff. Particularly the front desk staff of Matteo and Antonio who helped us with some very challenging tasks, but they stuck with it and helped us complete them. The bar staff were also great-Tomas. “If you are traveling with a car, this hotel would be a great one for visiting Milan/Southern Switzerland. Everything is perfect, it looks like newly renovated with spacious rooms. “Very near the railway station and nice staff. The staff let us settle down those luggage in the room before they clean the room. These are the only GOOD things I can mention.
