「Zimmer schönes Design und sauber. Leider im Souterrain mit kaum Tageslicht. Schade dass das nirgends erwähnt wird. Bad hat nur Glas Schiebetür —> man hört alles und wenn im Bad das Licht brennt ist es nachts zu hell im Zimmer für die andere Person. Lage und Anbindung sehr gut. 」

「checking in was difficult. nobody was there upon arrival, door was locked. i had to call someone offsite to help check me in. self-check in wasn’t operational. called again to reboot system. staff sent an email requesting i pay again for my reservation i’ve already booked. bed came with one comforter, base price was for two adults. staff digitally requested that i pay an extra $10 per night per person. all was eventually resolved but it was one after another.」
