“The well-kept 2 bedrooms (only these rooms have window air conditioners), living room and kitchen/dining area offered ample space for our family, with a pleasant yard and easy off-street parking. The Bellevue Ave. historic district and Cliff Walk are within easy walking distance. Steve, the owner, stopped by to welcome us and share information on area beaches.”

“It was a nicely updated unit in a beautiful old Newport home. The location is a nice neighborhood, conveniently walkable to everything around. The management was very friendly and responsive. All in all, a wonderful stay — we absolutely plan to choose this place again when we’re next in Newport!”

“Laurence and John were gracious hosts. This is one of the best B&Bs I have ever stayed at! Our room was lovely and immaculately clean which I really appreciate. In fact the entire house is immaculate. Laurence makes divine breakfasts and service was outstanding. We didn't really need and lunch. Don't miss the complementary wine and cheese at 5:00pm! The location was great, just steps from Bowen's Warf and lots of great restaurants. Laurence and John went above and beyond to make our stay……

“The first night of our stay, we were entering the hotel from a side door, and I tripped on the entrance that was several inches above the ground. From above, it gives the impression that it's even with the ground, so it's really dangerous. I fell flat on my face, and I was bleeding from my nose and from several cuts near my eyes. I hope that you'll look into this situation, as it has caused me much pain and trauma. The door in question is near Room 101. Other than this problem, we really……
