On arrival, my room had clearly not been properly cleaned or prepared: used hand towels, hygiene issues in the bathroom, and visible dirt around the nightstand and living room. I subsequently became aware of other guests reporting similar cleanliness issues, both on social media and directly to me by hotel staff. “Me and my boyfriend stayed here for a week and have nothing but good things to say! The staff were amazing, everywhere was clean, the food was incredible!!! The perfect location: close to the sea, quiet but accessible and just so beautiful. The food was so delicious in all 3 restaurants and had lots of variety and wasn’t ridiculously expensive. “All round exceptional hotel with great staff. A wide variety of breakfast options, the restaurant was also excellent. Everywhere was clean and fresh, the Pool and bar was a great place to relax - though in the day time the road opposite could get noisy. The room was clean tidy and had plenty of space for luggage and clothes. The reception staff made it easy to book taxis and they arrived quickly. I would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to return in future.”

“Mooi hotel, maar kan hier en daar wel een update gebruiken, vooral wat de badkamers betreft en de liften. De liften waren een ramp, heel traag en er werkten er maar 3 van de 4. Personeel in de lobby is eerder koel en kort, de mensen van de eetgelegenheden zijn wel vriendelijk. De drank is wel een minpunt voor de all in formule, eten bij het buffet is heel uitgebreid. Spijtig dat de verschillende broodsoorten niet lekker waren (precies nooit vers ?), iemand die à la minute eitjes bakt ontbrak……

“Very grand hotel, it is picturesque. What we enjoyed about the hotel is the location. On the beach and very lovely weather to enjoy by the pool. The evening bar had a really nice touch with tasty drinks and great outdoor area. There was quite a few dislikes. Even though the hotel felt modern the rooms didn’t. It was quite outdated.
