The hotel was very clean and everyone was very kind and helpful. The only issue we had is that we were double billed since when we checked in they said we did not pay via Expedia. Working with my credit card company to get reimbursed.

We had a good room qand very friendly and helpful staff. The generator during loadshedding periods was a bit noisy and loud music most of the time from somewhere below my room. The breakfast is by far lacking especially if you see what you pay for it. I would say the place is a bit overpriced g=for what it offers.

Great service look into the breakfast issue

Comfortable stay, service is excellent. Foyer carpets are very dirty which resulted in my Sinus acting up. Please look into carpet cleaning. Worse part is the fact that the hotel is pricey however I don’t understand the concept of still having to pay for breakfast aside even worse for it to be R220 per person for people that have booked

The Wi-Fi was not dying at all. The room needed a microwave. The ppl that would come to clean never washed the shower glass doors or the windows. I had to frequently remind them to change my linen. The room was extremely stuffy. The food downstairs was terrible and mostly cold. I would not recommend for a tourist that are use to temporary housing back in the states. Definitely not worth the cost, could have gotten something cheaper for the same kind of stay.

Bad night with Club next door

The wifi password in the room did not work, we were given 1 bath towel for 2 if us. We did not sleep at all as the room was not soundproof and we listened to the loud club music until the Club closed early hours. Sound proofing needs to be attended to. There were mussel shells left on an ornament in the room from someone having eaten their meal, leaving shells on the ornament and they were not cleared away. Balcony is covered in water puddles so could not use it. Hotel staff everywhere are friendly and helpful just the loud noise making it impossible to sleep and a few cleanliness pointers bring everything down unfortunately

Poor stay

Did not enjoy my stay. Wifi was not working. Safe was locked in the room. Invoice could not be provided on check-in even though payment was taken before I arrived ( payment was supposed to be at the hotel). Staff did not respond to my concerns. Totally unhappy.
