里士滿縣酒店，里士滿縣平住宿優惠推介

「The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. 」

「酒店总体给人感觉不错，wifi差了点」

「I drove 9 hours to Georgia for the sentencing of my son’s killer which was already causing me anxiety and then 6 hours into my drive the hotel calls and says my room wasn’t available and they could offer me a smaller room for my family of four which is why I booked the family suite. They eventually offered me 2 king suites for the evening and I could then check in to the room I booked at 12pm the next day I agreed and settled in for the evening. 「Room smelled like marijuana. Reported it to staff and we were moved immediately. Room appeared to be "patched" up from physical damage. Flooring underneath carpet soft when stepped on in places. Ceiling apparently had leak of some sort that appeared to be painted over. Most of all, my husband was practically interrogated by night clerk about why he was there and accused him of not having a room. I will not be going back.」

「The room was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.」

「I had reserved a smoking room and they didn’t have any left. They should’ve had plenty left because I when I went back to Expedia there was still a couple rooms that was smoking but they said they didn’t and I don’t know if they gave me money back yet or not I’m waiting on to see so she wasn’t very helpful.」
